Hello aspirant,
Your all India rank is considered for allotment of seat in special round.
In your rank it's quite difficult for you to get cse or it in any nit/iiit/gfti ,still you can try in some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit Sikkim, nit tripura, nit manipur, nit meghalaya. Or in nit Srinagar.

thanks for asking your query as per your ews rank in jee mains you may get seat in csab round of counselling because your crl rank would be very much low to get a seat in especial round.
