You haven't mentioned the name of the college for which you are asking about the round number. You will have to mention the name of the college so that your query can be cleared regarding the round of cut off in which you want to take admission in B.Com. course.

If by any chance you are referring to University of Delhi(DU), then on their official websites, candidates may view the DU 2021 second cut -off list fir various colleges. At du.ac.in. Delhi University will publish an unified list of DY second cut offs for all colleges. Admissions for the second DU cut offs, will open on October 11at 10a.m. and will close on October 13. By October 14, the colleges will have approved DU admissions based on the Delhi University second cut-off list for 2021(5 p.m.) Candidates have till October 15 to pay the entrance fee by 5p.m. After the DU second cut-off list is issued, candidates who were admitted based on the first DU cut-off, 2021 can withdraw and alter their admisnisters and apply fresh in second cut off.
