you should choose any of the specialisation according to scope and interest also. The main specialisations will be-

1) HR- If you can handle the employees and have leadership qualities then you should choose this filed. It has scope because it includes functions like staffing, delevopment, motivation. It has maximum growth opportunites and creativity is always required.

2) Marketing-This has maximum job opportunities and require little bit more hard work and smart work.

3) Finance- This will be helpful for getting more govt. jobs.

4) IT- If you are intersted in IT then you should go for this.

All the branches have their own importance. I think you should prefer the one based on your skills and interest. That will be more easy for you.
