The states that are open for private colleges admission of outsiders(non-domicile holder)

Uttarakhand,Uttar Pradesh,Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal,Telangana, Karnataka,Bihar and Jharkhand.

You can participate in councelling of these states.
