Hi

MHT CET exam centres are only in Maharashtra.

If you belong to Maharashtra, you will be given the exam centre in the district from where you have passed your class XII exam. This is applicable even if you are appearing in class XII.

If you do not belong to Maharashtra, you will not have any such restrictions. You can choose any exam centre district from the list available.
