With these marks if you don't have any reservations then it's very difficult to get a seat in iits.

It depend on College.

If you are under OBC quota, then only you can apply for IIT. if general, you might not make it to the JOSAA advance rank list. Not being a part of Rank list might detoriate the chances of getting into IIT. It's best to wait until results come than to predict college now.
