Both of these streams are good in their place. There are differences in both fields as Medical is related to dealing with patients and CA is related to dealing with business and finances.

The medical stream takes more time to get a degree as sometimes MBBS is not enough. People also go for MD and double MD. It can take 7-10 years to complete the degree.

But CA stream will take less time to get a degree and start with a professional career in good companies all over the world. It will take 4-5 years to complete the degree.

Both of these streams have good salary packages. But some of the professions like Neurosurgeon are getting a decent amount of salary. And if a person is working in a company like Deloitte or KPMG , he/she can get good salary packages.

So it all depends on your choice. If you have an interest in the medical field. Want to understand basic to the professional medicinal field. Then take that field. And if you have an interest in finances and take care of business profiles . Then go for CA.
