hi,

see all of the streams has its area of scope and you may get high paying job from any of the stream you may choose, now the questions is what is your interest in engineering, if you HAVE interest on  computing, t computer program and software knowledge you may choose CSE.

if you have interest in modern physics and chips, logic gates, integral mathematics you may go for electronics and communication engineering.

electrical engineering consists of the syllabus or area of studies including electromagnetic field theory, power system, circuit theory, machine design, so if it interest you you may for for electrical engineering.

I think Cse is best among all. As we all know now-a-days there is a huge demand in jobs in CSE , at the same time, it is the most favourite branch of many students.

Totally depends on your interest.
