It is very difficult to find the differences as far as the difficulty level ia concerned.

The first year of engineering is common to both. Whether you are from Computer background or from electrical background they will teach you Engineering drawings, physics etc.
Last year is also common to both. I saw ecs/ee guys are doing thw project that is beyond the scope of electronics or electrical.

In the 2nd and 3rd year - during these days they will shuffle the subjects and there will be slight name change while the contents of the subjectsare gonna same.
