which stream will have better scope in future in engineering four years from now ?

All the streams have good scope. It depends on your interest and passion. CSE and ECE are the most demanding branches among students as they have good employment opportunities followed by mechanical and civil branches.

thnx..but what about IT engineering, nowadays due to mass layoff and experts say that it will continue for years to come...will it still be a good option?

After four years, Automation will be the king and it's good to opt nanotechnology, aircraft, naval engineering etc..,

you can do one thing, go for ECE/CSE then you can opt any of course like Nano etc..,
