You should be of Science stream. Check the eligibility criteria for NDA exam below:

For Army Wing of NDA: The candidates applying for admission into the Army wing of National Defence Academy should be Class 12 pass.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Candidates who are appearing in Class 12 or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination. Those appearing in the class 11 exam are not eligible. 

Age limit: Minimum age to apply for NDA exam is 16.5 years and maximum age is 19.5 years.

If your interested Navy and Aiforce Academy then you may apply for Science stream . Because science stream candidate only eligible for Navy and Airforce academy . You should have Physics and Mathematics as a Main Subject in 12th standard.

For Army Wing:
candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam organized by the State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at Indian Naval Academy:students should have cleared the 12thor equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics subjects.
So, if you want to enter into Army they just need you to get passed in 10+2 . That's it.
