TFWS is a financial waiver scheme which is provided like a scholarship to the students who have scored very well in the exams. Most of the private colleges have TFWS in which they provide Fee waiver to their top students at the time of admissions only if the student applies to use TFWS or else the fee waiver is passed on to the other candidate.

However TFWS is not given separately to SC/ST/OBC candidates but you can get fee waiver if you are among the top mark scorers at the time of admission in the college.
