Hi,

Well it depends on U, which subject u prefer. UPSC provides lot of Arts subjects. If u r Arts graduate thn its again easy for u 2 decide. Just go through the Optional papers list & syllabus & question papers thn see which 1 touches ur heart. Selecting optional paper is matter of ur perspective about the subject.
