Hello Sreelakshmi, there is no book which would gaurantee you a seat in NEET but i can provide you some of the famous books for your preparation. Don't prepare from multiple books but only one book to avoid confusion.

Trueman's/MTG fingertips/master in biology (arihant) for Biology. HCV/Arihant/MTG for physics. Don't go for high quality books like cengage and irodov because those are better suited for JEE. USS, GRB/MTG and arihant publications for chemistry.
