Dear,

The KVPY SX syllabus covers all the important concepts, topics, and chapters from class X, XI, and XII. Similar to the SA stream, four subjects are covered in the syllabus which are Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics. Everything is the same but only the KVPY syllabus for class 12 is added for the SX stream.

It also needs to be remembered that the SB stream will not just include Class 11th and KVPY syllabus 2021 for Class 12 but it will also include some topics from the 1st year undergrad. In SB and SX exams, 120 questions will be asked, out of which only 80 questions of 100 marks are supposed to be answered.

1 mark questions will have a negative marking of 0.25. On the other hand, 2 marks questions will have a negative marking of 0.5.

You can find the detailed syllabus on - https://school.careers360.com/articles/kvpy-syllabus#How-to-prepare-for-KVPY-2021

Hope this helps!
