Hello,
First thing I want to see it to you that you should have to first focus on class 12 then after that just focus on your future. Talking about the placement trend that are going in the market so the placements of the computer science are much good than the other one that you have mentioned so it's all depends upon you are your interest that if you are opt for the interested stream then also definitely will going to score better in that but do not go for that according to the particular placement criterias too.
Thankyou

Answer of this question is completely depends on your interest field.

if you have interest in science then you can go with B.Tech in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

If you have interest in computers then you can go with B.Tech in Computer Sciences & Engineering.

Each Engineering course has their own carter opportunity.

Please take your decision according to your interest so that you can give your best.

All the Best!
