Well i would say that both can provide the good education, In my view it depends on that fact that what are the rankings of college by the different government and privates surveys that are conducted every year,if the college is in top 100 then it is good college,

Since ranking is always decided on checking the various parameters like infrastucture,placements,quality of education,hostel,technology & labs,student reviews and many more criteria are involved while deciding ranks...
