You only have to upload your scanned photograph and signature.
The photograph size  should be between 10-200 kb in jpg/jpeg format.
The signature size  should be between 4-30 kb in jpg/ jpeg format.
But these are the documents required which are to be uploaded.
You would need some documents which you should keep while filling up the application which are given below:

Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)/Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport number/Ration Card Number/ Bank Account Number/Other valid Govt. Identity Card Number.
