If you want to pursue higher studies after BE like Gate ,gre etc and not at all interested in campus placements and want to free from attendance criteria thn u should go for ips or vaishnav . They hace little flexibility in terms of attendance.

But if want a good placement through BE ,u should opt medicaps .medicaps is good in terms of studies and dicipline. But rather than also u have got many opportunities to try urself in various organization, committees etc within the clg. So choose wisely
