Hello there. Punjab University and Punjab agriculture University are both serving different purposes. Punjab University provide various courses like B-Tech, M-tech, MCA,MBA and various other while Punjab Agriculture University is based only on agriculture courses. 

Now Punjab University is far better than Punjab agriculture University as the placement and level of study are far better.
