you can fill application form for indian army bsc nursing from the site joinindianarmy.nic.in

Also only female candidate who is unmarried,divorcee ,legally separated,widow without encumbrances are eligible to apply for this exam.

Also the application form will be available from 2nd week of November and continue till last week of November.
