EEE because u can get maximum opportunities in government jobs on the other hand ECE branch is complicated and no opportunities in government jobs.
But if anyone interested in ECE branch then that branch is best for them.

First and foremost branches are decided by your own interest.All the colleges and faculty in it provide equal knowledge in both the streams.
Top uptu colleges are:

• IET, Lucknow
• MMM,gorakhpur
• BIET,jhansi
• KNIT,sultanpur
• Anand Engineering college,agra

Well 590+ colleges comes under uptu,so should prefer a college under your state , better your city if you want to.
And then choose the top rated city /state college accordingly.
