S olving previous year question papers will be helpful for you , it will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the exam by practising them so that you can accordingly prepare for the exam , you will also get to know your preparation level. So , you should go through at least past  10 year question papers of Neet.

Also,
After completing each chapter , you should go through mcqs and numericals of the same chapter

Make routine or timetable :- you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around things i.e study, revise and practice

Make short notes of important formulas and concepts for each chapter and Keep revising it

Go through mock tests after completing the syllabus
