Initially you need to fill up all your dependents and nominee details while opening PF account. Pls check if you have filled all these details,if not update the same with correct details and then try for online pf withdrawal.  If you are again facing the same issue you may contact the help desk either over phone or through mail. Usually it takes 14-30 days to get the PF closure amount. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
