Filling the application form
In step-3, candidates have to fill the qualifying exam, qualifying exam status, exam passed, scoring marks, address details, etc.
In my opinion you have to give details of 12th not that of 11th.

Well, if they mention in their application form that it is mandetory to give both 11'th and 12'th marks then you have to give both if it was optional then you can leave it .Is result of 12'th std in kerela is out ?? , I have no information about that if it was out then you can fill that option as well.
