Can you please mention the name of the exam for which you are trying to register. I understand that your bank servers are not functioning, however, if possible pls try using  a different bank account for payment. Or else, if you are facing issues with the login ID, you may use the 'Forget Password' option, or check your email/SMS where the registration details were sent. In case this doesn't work, pls conatct the conducting body of the exam.
