If you have opted for yes upgradation then you need to take admission in the college that will be alloted in round round two. If you are not alloted any seat in round two then you can take admission in the college alloted in round one. If you opted for freeze then no need to wait for the second round of counselling and you can take admission in the college alloted in round one.
