There could be a problem in the upload quality. Make sure the photograph is of a high quality enough to be clear and if you have scanned the hard copy, you might want to scan it again using an app like CamScanner. All the best!

I think there is problem with size of photo. Just go through the details of the size of photograph required for application form for that particuler examination you are asking for.
