BCA is the course which involves subjects of computer languages,DBMS,etc.,but for better job opportunities you've to complete MCA after BCA. in b.tech you'll have better job opportunities than bca. if you want to earn ealy then you can go for b.tech, the quality engineers are always welcome to the it industry. else if you have more time to learn more,then you can go for bca.

Actually which comes to the degree point of view we should make sure learning something new and having self confience 

but according to me as engineer i am telling you that u should perfer engineer if your really interested to achieve new resarch some kind

and moreover it will depends on your interest 

If bca + mca this way i also good you will get the 2 degrees inwhich u will complete the UG and PG

my suggestion is B tech

and finally u should take the decission and keep rocking
