If you have to upload the EWS certificate in JEE-Main 2021 Application form then it should be on your name and also note that it should be of similar format as available on the official website of JOSAA :-

If you don't have your correct reserved category certificate as per the above mentioned criteria right now then you can submit the undertaking which will declare that you will submit the original and valid caste certificate later on at the time of admission. You can download the undertaking from the official portal of NTA, for which link is also given below :-

When you visit on the above link you will find a PDF and on page no.9 there is undertaking format which you have to download and after filling it you have to upload it on the place of category certificate in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form.

Note that the photographs or images which you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as the criteria set by NTA which are enlisted below as per the official information brochure released by NTA :-

> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

> File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.

> File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.

> File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.

> File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.
