If you could tell me the nit for which you are applying fee remission then I would be able to guide you in a more organized and accurate manner. So, generally in your income certificate the person whose income you are showing the photo of that same person should be there.

But that is not the case with every state. In Jharkhand no such photos are there is income certificates.

If your name is mentioned on your income certificate then your photo should be there and if it's made in your guardian's name then their photo should be there in the income certificate.

Your income certificate should be less than 5 lakh to get Fee waiver.
