In josaa councilling, there are more days used for document verification in the first round because most of the jee aspirants came for document verification in the first round only. fewer students will come for document verification in round 2 to round 7. so there are less days between other rounds when we compared with round 1 in josaa councilling.

After the first round, the document verification of all students are done, maximum admissions are also done. So, after the first round, the number of admissions to be done is comparatively low and thus there is less gap between subsequent rounds to fasten the admission process so that the colleges can start to function.
