Your question is not clear to the certain extent.However in several website if you visit or take information about certain colleges then they think that they are interested in the same and they get the phone numbers from registered numbers and call you.Its a way of advertisement.If you are not interested then tell them the same since they are also earning by promotion or calling and bringing candidates.
