I am sorry to inform that choice filling for CSAB 2019 last date was July 17, 2019. Also Debit card payment option is not available for CSAB counselling this year. You can make your required payment through SBI MOPS channel. First go to online SBI collect portal and follow required steps to print your challan. Once that is done , visit your nearest state bank and do the payment either by cheque or DD.
