According to the Information given by MCC UG counselling committee the registration and choice filling for round 2 will start from 11th to 13th July. while the choice locking facilities will be available from 5PM of 14th July to till 12 PM as per server time. So you can lick your choice during the given time interval. For more information go through the UG counselling website notification. Hope this helps.
