Hello farhan, the IITs and NITs are costly being a goverment institute because the IITs are renowned for its good placements good infrastructure and also highly skilled faculties too.. it is costly because it does provide such facilities.. IITs generally provide higher education .. due to such things they may cost more charges..

IIT are considered to be the one of the topmost engineering college in India. They provide high level education with modern facilities. They have nearly 100% placements also with high packages. The campus is also very huge and beautiful compared to other engineering  colleges. You will also find modern library and personal sports kit and various other things which make iit one of the top institution in India.
