Hello student I believe engineering is Over rated because there are more people to give
ratings/opinions about engineering. When there are lots of people doing the same thing each one of them has their own opinions that's why engineering is Over rated. Yes Engineering is one of the most preferable and best job orinted course available for class 12 students but now in 2020 there's lots of things student may pursue instead of engineering and do great in that. At this age when a student just pass class 12 or after taking a year drop taking decisions is very important because at the end of the day all you have is you no one will feed you or pay for your bread and butter. So after listening to all your so called mentors ask yourself that it's true that engineering is every thing. If its everything for you then no one can stop you from pursuing engineering from India's top engineering college but in case you're not intrested or able to do it there's a plenty of course knocking at the door.
