Hi aspirant,

The carts with rubber tyres are easier to move than those with iron wheels because the friction between rubber and surface is less than in between iron and the road. The rubber surface is smooth so its cofficient is lower and hence it experiences low frictional force ( force resisting the relative motion of solid surfaces). So it is easier to pull cart of rubber wheels than cart of Iron wheels.
