It's totally depends upon you what you want to pursue what here I am telling you the differences between both of these and you can choose which one is better for you. As it depends upon you what you want and my "better" can be different from your "better". So basically mtech is a 2 years course while MS can go beyond two years. in mtech students can take 12 to 16 courses whereas in MS students can take 3 to 4 courses. And thereby a huge amount of credit will be there for a particular course in MS subjects while the credit account will be less for one subject as the subjects of many in mtech.
