Why my float option isn't available in second allotment? How to float my allotted college?

Incase you have already pressed frreze option for any other colleges in second round it may happen that float option is disabled.

If you have not freezed then you are suggested to refresh the page and login using PC with stable internet access and Google Chrime latest update beowser.

You shall definitely find float option then.
