See NTA till now didn't released the NEET counselling notification. The reason behind it can't be said but its expected that the notifications will come out by this month. As per the internet there are multiple assumptions going on but they can't be proclaimed true. So keep an watch on the official website or the career360.com (//career360.com) to get the updates regarding the NEET counselling.
