This year some guidelines have been changed in the wake of COVID-19 and due to this reason NTA adviced to download the latest admi card for NEET which includes a self declaration form which signifies they the candidate is not suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 and that form should be signed in the front of Invigilator at examination center.
