Hello Dear
There is not any type of fact that OC poor people should get poor marks . There is not any type of caste discrimination in the exam for the reserved or Unreserved category aspirants while evaluation of the paper / cuttoff etc. Based upon the aspirants performance the marks will gonna be evaluated and there after the conducting authority's will release the cuttoff based upon the several categories and yaah definitely there is equality in India and you should be proud for that .
