Hello Aspirant

If you run more you tend to sweat more!when you sweat more you tend to burn your calories and replace the fat with muscle strength.

It is always better to run as it is the best cardio exercise.

It increases your inner strength and according to research,it is found that the more you run the more active your heart is and more is your life expectancy!
