The officials have not given any reason for the delay of the JoSAA counselling phase 2. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released the JoSAA 2021 seat allotment for round 1 on October 27 at the official website - josaa.nic.in. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. As the schedule says that round 2 JoSAA seat allocation today that is on November 1, 2021 it is expected that the officials will soon release the round 2 JoSAA seat allocation.
