Every field has its pros and cons because there is no such thing in this world which is exactly termed as perfect, and so so it all depends on your choice and your skill set of what field or occupation you pursue in your life.

About the medical field or becoming a doctor, it is one of the most noble professions in this world because it is the only profession in which you can literally saved the lives of people. But, since it requires several years of studies in order to become a specialised professional so you must go for that field only if you have real interest or desire to become a doctor.
