MBA or Master of Business Administration is a post-graduate course which is offered by different universities in India.Now coming to your next question that why should we do MBA, We do MBA to acquire or enhance management and other skills which are required to manage a company and help it to excel. A computer science stream may or may not choose to do MBA but if he or she chooses to do so he or she can reach management positions of the company and can notice a change for good in his or her job profile and salary but again it totally depends on the person and his or her passion.
