Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you, there is no exact answer for this question because passing rate is depend on aspirants giving that exam, but it is right that L2 of CFA is hard some basic reason are mentioned below :

Level 2  is tough due to the following reasons:

• Depth & Amount of Syllabus
• Level of Difficulty
• Exam format & narrow Margin of Error

you will be getting less time for large syllabus and they will ask only around 80 questions for such long syllabus which means they are filtering it at some extent and expect a quality answer.
