Dear Shashi, there have been issues reported that the site is not working yet and final registration process isnt being complete or run smooth. There has been no official notification about this from the authorities. But few candidates who faced the issue, cleared their cache, browsing history, etc and restarted their systems were able to complete the final registration process. You may as well try that.
