why -ve charge is flow not positive charge is flow?

Hey!

Both electrons (negative charge) and protons (positive charge) flows in a circuit. Negative charge flows when voltage is applied to the circuit and then they are attracted towards positive charge. When electron leaves from the atom, positive charge is left behind and this positive charge flows to the negative point of voltage producing conventional current which has same effect as of the flow of electrons.
